Molly Pardo has had a successful golf season this year. The eagle, a two under par accomplishment, came on the last hole, a long par five. Her best score was 43, whichwas against Madison Grant. Molly has been so successful because she said she practiced a lot during the summer. She said, “I hit balls at the range or played the course four or five times a week.”She also practices everyday after school until five or maybe sometimes longer. To prepare for matches, Molly said, “I try not to worry about the other team and try to get my mind set in the game.” She also tries to improve her score each match.Coach McClure tells the girls to play against themselves and the course and pretend that the opponent isn’t there.
